On Saturday, September 21st, Rap Genius and Poetry Genius presented a reading and panel with authors Kiese Laymon (Long Division, How To Slowly Kill Yourself and Others in America), Adam Mansbach (Go the Fuck to Sleep, Rage is Back) and poet Kevin Coval (Schtick). After the reading portion, the panel was moderated by rapper Jean Grae. The event took place on the patio of Rap Genius' headquarters (with an amazing view of the Manhattan skyline) and moved inside due to the rain.
