The Drums at August Hall

Brooklyn-based indie pop band The Drums played August Hall in San Francisco, one of the highlights of the annual Noise Pop Festival, which made it’s return after missing 2021. Jonny Pierce and co. playe The Drums’ second record, Portamento, in full. San Francisco’s Tanukichan–the band of singer/songwriter Hannah Van Loon and featuring Chaz Bear, aka Toro y Moi, on guitar–opened the night.
