Moon Loves Honey makes music with a ton of sound. The band comes from Aarhus, Denmark and is made up of a bunch of old friends from high school. In their new track “Before I Crash,” we hear the band build up a huge wall of noise, full of shoegaze loveliness and glorious guitar breakdowns. Over the course of the track’s four and a half minutes, MoonLoves Honey moves from delicate dream pop riffs to fuzzy and perfectly blown out melodies. Moon Loves Honey takes a hand from some of the great classics of ’90s shoegaze, most likely inspired by equally noisy bands like Slowdive and Ride. “Before I Crash” is a total trip.
Keep up with the band here.
