RJD2 is keeping old fans' attention by making the unreleased free for download. Last week he gave away “Wherever,” an unreleased Soul Position song that pretty much merks everything on Things Go Better with RJ and AL. This week's freebie is “A Photo Finish,” which once again begs the question: Why RJ? Why? Why do you torment us with your sub-par singing and sample-free garbage pop?

All of this free music is to build anticipation for his new LP The Colossus, which will be released on his label January 19. He debuted the first single, a collaboration with African singer Kenna, called “Games You Can Win.” Download it here.
