Prolific bedroom musician Dan Svizeny will be releasing his next cassette, the first release since last year's 29, with Mirror Universe Tapes at the end of the month. Though Svizeny is typically known for writing under his moniker Cough Cool, his latest—Daniel Anton Svizeny—is all solo material, seven tracks in total. “Dawn,” the tape's second single, is a Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons cover, but it might be hard to tell—Svizeny's version is dripping in his signature smoke and haze, and uses a repeated murky guitar line to hide the original's blatant sunniness.
This tape will release on Mirror Universe at the end of the month, and preorders are available here.
