Rising indie rock starlets deliver stunning show in NYC
Horsegirl, one of the finest up-and-coming indie rock bands in the game these days, and one of our favorite groups around, came through New York City and delivered a tight and loud set for a sold-out show at Warsaw. The Chicago trio – comprised of young musicians Nora Cheng, Penelope Lowenstein, and Gigi Reece – played a number of tracks off their spirited debut LP Versions of a Performance, in addition to a number of new tracks off their acclaimed sophomore LP Phonetics On and On, which dropped earlier this year.
