How do you summarize a road trip that you have a hard time remembering only a few days later? This stretch of the tour brought us exclusively to friends' doorsteps. We made stops at K Records in Olympia, Flunk Life in Portland, and the abode of our very own Week In Pop editor Sjimon Gompers in San Francisco. As we headed south the sun began to melt our inhibitions, the parade of strip clubs, karaoke bars, Taco Bells, sunsets, cigarettes, and earplugs are now all just one glob of goo in our brains. But these photos will remind us of all the people who made our journey easier. We miss you already.
