Hard rockers Hound – comprised of Perry Shall, Chris Wilson, and Pat Hickey – are bringing the big guns with the premiere of the music video for their song “Cold Blooded”. We have been spinning this track for awhile, as it came to us on their 2015 album Out of Space, and wondering if, when, and how the video would unfold. Well, here it is.
Bar Mitzvah craziness. YES. The guys literally took footage from Perry Shall’s Bar Mitzvah in 1998(taken by Joe Grisafi) and had it cut together (by the wonderful Mike Simpson) to show all of the madness that ensued.
We often wonder what our favorite artists were like at a younger age, and it’s always fun to see throwback photos. What we see here is the same personality of our heavy rock friend, in a pint sized version of himself (with shorter hair). He had quite the party, too. Look how handsome he is in that bowtie, doing the limbo. Flanked by pretty girls on every side, his family went all out to celebrate his adulthood. Replete with some awkward dancing, interesting family members, and the amazing styles of the 90s that we just cannot get enough of, I’d say this recycled material has done its due diligence.
