We ditch Chi-town and make the much-anticipated journey to the warmth of the south. And that's not just an allusion to the weather. We were welcomed with open arms to one of the best cities below the Mason Dixon line, where Madison Farmer of Toxie / Goner Records helped us curate an amazing show at Murphy's tavern. The beers were cheap, you can still smoke cigarettes inside, and we witnessed amazing sets by Toxie, Psychic Twin, Big Ups and Flagland. We also spoke to Goner co-founder Zac Ives and ate BBQ; hard to argue with that 24-hour span on the Imposition Tour.
