London quintet, Mono Club are due to release a new single “Memory Critical” on fledgling imprint LGM Records on Wednesday the 27th of September 2017.
Fully formed just over eighteen months ago, Mono Club consists of John Herbert, Dan Bell, Jake Bowser, Nicky Francis and Kyle Hall. They have since been locked in studios and barricaded in bedrooms working on the songs that will eventually feature on their as yet untitled long player. Occasionally caught playing live shows, the band recently played for Sadiq Khan in Trafalgar Square as part of London Is Open campaign and also appeared on Buzzfeed’s Facebook page which went out to over one million followers.
‘Sky High And Submarine’ single was self-produced in London and mixed by Dave Eringa (Manic Street Preachers). It was featured on the 6Music playlist, for over a month on its release late last year and Steve Lamacq has since described them as one of his favorite new bands around.
Mono Club will play the following live dates in September, more dates will be announced in the very near future.
