In their new video for the song “Alligator” we see Seattle’s YURT surrounded by all of the comforts of being young and living somewhere dreamy and dreary. The video, directed by Whitney Skague, looks like it was filmed on old VHS tapes: everything feels fuzzy, with the dates the video was shot plastered in the left hand corner. YURT‘s music is lovely bedroom pop. With just two members, Marlo Kaspa on guitar, keys and vocals and Olivia Kesterson on drums, YURT is all about the pleasures of friendship and simplicity. They want to invite you into their hazy and intimate world.
Keep up with YURT here.
