The author has a sequel to Less Than Zero and it's not called More Than One.
Titled Imperial Bedrooms, it follows that douche-druggie guy Clay around L.A. again. This is sure to be the book that defines the generation of mid-40ish people.
Brett Easton Ellis and his publisher will sling this to the world on June 15, 2010.
Clay is a screenwriter and sees that Blair girl again, sees his old drug dealer again and some youngish actress girl wants to be in his movie. The description on the Knopf website says that Clay “has no choice but to plumb the darkest recesses of his character and come to terms with his proclivity for betrayal.”
I don't believe any of that because I don't believe Clay would still be alive 25 years later.
