Wafia is back and better than ever. After spending much of the year touring all over the world, this Dutch-Iraqi artist who’s based in Australia recently released a new track on May 23rd. The new song is called “83 Days,” and it was produced by Toro, and co-written by Ben Abraham.
This track has a serene feel to it, while still being intense. Wafia’s voice is commanding, yet gentle. The track is filled with powerful buildups and it rises and falls as a story is told. The song is packed with emotional and matter of fact, as she sings “83 days and I’m still not over you…”
