Well, calling it a “line” might be a bit much for the five-piece collection. Alina d’Aubermont, the Philadelphia-based stylist for Merrill Garbus’ tUnE-yArDs act, just released two tops, two bottoms and a jacket covered in the album art of Garbus’ latest highly-stylized album, Nikki Nack. The collection used the Alex Chitty-designed album cover to Print All Over Me, a “collaborative and creative” site that brings graphic design and fashion together from “URL 2 IRL.”
The album cover’s neo-minimalist aesthetic lends itself to coord tiling on textile, which is not only on trend, but highly compatible for PAOM’s “Make the Internet Real” motto.
