My understanding of the production stylings of Providence's Falside is limited to a predatory remix of Intuition's “Al Bundy” and the straight boom bap production on Big Scen's No Days Off, which could function as a testament to the range of this beatsmith on the rise. With the release of Fall, Stand The F*ck Up, it seems I'll have to add Low End Theorist to his repertoire.
Falside teamed up with DJBooth.net for the seasonal release of Fall, Stand The F*ck Up (what's with a hip hop site that censors?). The tape is an exercise in chameleon creations, as Falside fucks with dubstep, boom bap, experimental beat electronica and a sound I'm going to coin as ghetto-twang meets DJ Premiere chopping big band jazz. Check out “Throwing Fits” and you'll hear what I'm trying to explain. He's also got a gnarly video for “Drugs” with fire breathers, abusers and masochism.

Falside closes with a poppin' remix to Wiz Khalifa's “Say Yeah,” which is hella old, but Falside reanimates the shit out of Wiz's biggest hit to date.
