Atlanta based synth pop group PLS PLS‘s new track “Laser Eyes,” opens up in a thick cloud of noise and distorted falsetto vocals. The track then opens up into something triumphant and cinematic. The project of Dan Dixon, of Dropsonic fame, PLS PLS makes the kind of music that moves fast. Throughout the song’s four minutes, we hear Dixon takes risks and push the band’s sound to its far limits, creating something genuinely exciting.
