Shellshonic Shag-O-Vision is a web series run by Shellshag that features performances, interviews, and other fun stuff. It’s shot at the band’s studio in Greenpoint and features a beautiful hand-painted set. The first season of Shellshonic Shag-O-Vision featured Marissa Paternoster, Laura Stevenson, The Marked Men/Vacation, Mikey Erg, Kait Eldridge of Big Eyes, Ali Koehler, Todd Congelliere, Nuclear Santa Claust, Terry Johnson, Ben Snakepit, Kyle Ranson, and Bad Canoes. Now they’re back with season two, and the first episode is with Cincinatti’s Tweens. The trio, with some assistance from Shell and Shag, perform none other than a heart-wrenching cover of “When It’s Over” by Sugar Ray and an interpretation of “Wicked Little Town” by Hedwig and The Angry Inch.
