Record label Exploding in Sound is announcing a string of shows in Brooklyn and Boston as part of their “Thank You For Being A Friend” Extended Weekend. The shows will run from August 20 through August 24 and the official line-ups have just been announced. The festival will feature bands from EIS’ impressive roster, which includes LVL UP, Palehound, Krill, and Pile, as well as friends like Big Ups, Porches. and the mysterious “Unholy Strength.” Mark your calendars now for what is sure to be a killer weekend of music. In the meanwhile, check out new tracks by EIS bands Flagland and Washer from their recent split 7″.
