Whartscape might be gone, but fun-lovers in Baltimore are throwing another party over Labor Day weekend called SCAPESCAPE, with three stages and definitely too many bands. We don't know much about it yet except that the stages are in Metro Gallery, a parking lot next to Metro Gallery, and at Windup Space, there are going to be art shows as well as music shows, and that it's sponsored by a bunch of Baltimore arts foundations, which is sick – that might help keep it cheap. We'll give you an update when we find out more, but for now here's the flyers, one with a lovely illustration by DJ Rice and another one by Adam Smith, with a detail of the lineup magnified for clearer absorption. It includes most of the best bands in Baltimore right now, so don't worry.
