We're coining the phrase “Instagram stakeout” because that's how we caught on to Shlohmo and Jeremih kicking it in the studio together. Yes, it appears that when your remix reaches 8,900 likes, 500 comments, and 477,000 plays on Soundcloud you can get a hang out with Jeremih.
Shlohmo (@shlohmo) was the first to 'gram a snapshot of the two of them in front of a wall of comic covers. It was not long before Friends of Friends labelhead Leeor Brown (@lazybrow) 'grammed the two with their feet up in the studio.
Apparently this will be a collaboration for the Yourstru.ly/Addidas series Songs From Scratch, which previously saw pairings like Danny Brown and Araabmuzik and Lunice with Angel Haze. Although we have our fingers crossed this is the beginning of something bigger and more extensive.
