Classically trained violinist, multi-instrumentalist, singer/songwriter LeeLee Haxi has been making waves in the music industry. Last year, her music caught the attention of none other than Afrojack, and since collaborating with him she has been writing for a myriad of DJs and labels, including – but certainly not limited to – Armada Records, The Chainsmokers, Dj Novak, and Mostabeatz. This November, her debut Until Then will be released. Until then (ha!), we’ve got the exclusive premiere of her track “Done It”.
The song is a slow tempo stunner, something to bump the bass to in your car while driving. Lyrics like “creeping through your city riding solo” make the song even more of a joy ride staple, and it will certainly boost your confidence if you happen to be riding solo. LeeLee takes this opportunity to use her raspy, gorgeous vocals to sing about success and mention some of – who we assume to be – her inspirations (i.e. Madonna, Nirvana).
