London-based champions of musical diversity, Lucidalabrador, have their roots in early 2000s, synth pop-rock. Membership including Brazilian composers, Czech, German and Italian ties, “On Moustaches & Drinks” is a hybrid of high budget studio equipment and leftover 8-track tape cassette recorders.
Drawing from an early December release for their EP Today Is A Good Day For Friendship, Impose has the exclusive track premiere of “On Moustaches & Drinks”. A truly complex work taking on an initially slow pace, the vocals land as meaningful and introspective. Gentle guitar work at some points flare into spectacular, but short-lived, rifts that control all of one’s attention.
