Ava Luna play hybrid soul/post-punk like they really mean it, with four singers, jolting bass keys, and urgent drums. They're currently mid-way through a tour up the east coast, with stops in Richmond, Durham, Baltimore, and Philadelphia (canceled, but presumably they'd still be passing through). After that, lots of upcoming NYC dates for this spring, which suggests to me that they've been catching lots of the right ears lately:
