MusicfestNW Presents Project Pabst just announced set times for the Portland, OR festival on August 27 & 28, taking place at Tom McCall Waterfront Park. The two-day daytime festival features an eclectic mix of artists—Duran Duran, Tame Impala, Ice Cube, Ween Drive Like Jehu, Andrew WK, A$AP Ferg, Sheer Mag, Lizzo, Hop Along & more. Set times can be seen below and here: http://portland.projectpabst.com/schedule/
This year, Project Pabst returns for it’s third year and joins forces with Portland’s long-running festival MusicfestNW to make one cohesive and expansive music experience. The festival will offer a unique experience, incorporating music, art, hands-on experiences, as well as food and beer at reasonable “non-festival” prices. Festivalgoers will be entertained with the PBRcade, PBR Vandalism, and PBR Wax. Notes PBR National Brand Ambassador Matt Slessler, “we focused on getting bands we like, but we also want to incorporate art, heritage and the overall lifestyle of our brand. By joining forces with MusicfestNW, we’ve added an additional 15 years of Portland history to the festival.”
Tickets for the Waterfront Park shows are available at $55 for a single day or $90 for the weekend at http://portland.projectpabst.com. MusicfestNW Presents Project Pabst is a 21+ event.
In addition to the daytime festival, Dr. Martens will host a sold out kickoff party featuring Vince Staples and Mean Jeans (more info here). There will be also be separately ticketed night shows with music and comedy at various venues throughout the city from August 25th through the 28th. A few of the night shows include Digable Planets, Guided By Voices, Real Estate, Busdriver, Y La Bamba, David Bazan and more. Visit http://portland.
