Not to go broad and wide here, but this Zambri remix of Hooray For Earth's “Comfortable, Comparable” pulls straight Beach Boys vocals via Animal Collective odes and aww-ing when they may not have been there in the original.
That original Hooray For Earth track mixes new-era Los Campesinos! optimism with 80s John Hughes soundtrack synths and a goof-ball hair metal guitar-solo (?). The hectic Zambri remix takes that mid-tempo pop ballad and twists out a post-Prefuse vocal-cut up beat storm, effectively veering a hard left where the Chairlift remix of this same song lazily swerves down a suburban cul-de-sac.
